Refund policy

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept returns of new, unused, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. We recommend that each customer keep the original box and packaging materials in case a return is needed. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note that the refunded amount will be reduced by the initial shipping fees, which remain at the buyer’s expense.
