Shipping policy

General informations

The Seller reminds that at the moment the Client takes physical possession of the products, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to them. It is the Client's responsibility to notify the carrier of any reservations regarding the delivered product. Otherwise, no claims will be accepted by Meridiano.

For delivered products, delivery will be made to the address provided by the Client. To ensure the proper execution of the order, the Client agrees to provide truthful identification information. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the order, for example, for any abnormal request, made in bad faith, or for any legitimate reason.

Customs Fees & Import Duties

For orders shipped to the United States, customs duties and tariffs are included at checkout and handled by us (no additional charges upon delivery).

For all other destinations outside the European Union, please note that customs fees, import duties, and tariffs are not included in our prices or shipping costs. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and may apply when receiving your package.

For those countries, these costs remain entirely the responsibility of the customer, and we do not cover or reimburse them.

Preorders

If your order includes one or more pre-order items, it will be shipped once all items are available. This allows us to avoid charging for multiple shipments and helps us keep our prices as fair as possible. Rather than building additional shipping costs into the price of every product, we prefer to ship complete orders whenever possible.
